1. Services Overview

Beyond Mind^® provides a range of professional services including, but not limited to, marketing strategy, content development, campaign implementation, optimisation support, business coaching, mentoring, and healing or mindset-based services. Services may be delivered as one-off intensives, ongoing support, or done-for-you implementation, as outlined in the specific offer, proposal, or agreement selected by the client (“Scope of Services”). All services are advisory, strategic, or implementation-based in nature and are not a guarantee of financial, business, or personal outcomes.

2. Scope of Services

The specific inclusions, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes applicable to the client are defined by the selected service or written agreement at the time of purchase. Any references to phases, systems, timelines, or deliverables apply only where explicitly included in the client’s Scope of Services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

▪️ Provide accurate information required for service delivery

▪️ Attend scheduled sessions or meetings

▪️ Engage respectfully and professionally

▪️ Complete agreed actions where required

▪️ Failure to engage may impact results or timelines.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are payable as outlined in the selected service agreement.
Deposits secure time, preparation and resource allocation and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Beyond Mind^® reserves the right to pause services where payment obligations are not met.

5. Results Disclaimer

Beyond Mind^® does not guarantee specific outcomes including revenue, leads, bookings or sales. While proven strategies and best-practice systems are used, results vary based on factors outside Beyond Mind^®’s control, including but not limited to, client participation, market conditions and external platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of custom materials created specifically for them.  Beyond Mind^® retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, tools, templates and methodologies.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Mind^® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from or in connection with the use of its services. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Beyond Mind^®’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Acceptance

By engaging Beyond Mind^® services or making payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
